The newly optimized resin pellets shown in the workshop sample adopt refined purification technology, featuring uniform particle size, stable weather resistance and low impurity content. These core advantages effectively improve the surface smoothness and insulation performance of communication optical cables and data wires, solving common problems like material uneven melting and short service life in traditional cable manufacturing.
R&D engineers from Chengke stated that the company invested over 1.2 million RMB in raw material purification and formula adjustment in the past six months, conducting more than 80 batch tests to match the high standards of 5G base station wiring, fiber optic sheath and indoor communication cable production. All new products have passed ISO9001 quality certification and comply with EU RoHS environmental requirements, supporting export orders to Southeast Asia, Middle East and European communication markets.
General Manager of Chengke noted that the firm will expand its production line by Q4 2026 to lift monthly output capacity by 40%.
